We, at hostcats, would like to wish you an incredibly successful, propserous, fun-filled, new year. Each year is a sort of a knock on our heads telling us that we passed yet another glorious year – a year that saw some ups and downs; made us happy and left us in the lurch sometimes. It got us some great business and some of you have become very close and precious to us.
When these things happen; our resolve strengthens. We now wish to do a lot more for you.
We are now stepping up: we moved to larger, much more spacious and better equipped office with the latest infrastructure so that we could scale up when required – not to mention the increased business volumes we need to handle now. We got ourselves new staff, some new servers, new machines and of course, a new attitude – the winning one.
Off late, we realized that we lose a lot of traffic due to a possible spelling mistake while typing our flagship website hostcats.com (the little‘s’ there is elusive to our potential clients, more often than not). We can’t afford to do that. Moreover, there was a possibility of brand name hijacking. To counter this, we recently purchased hostcat.com too for a lot of money (undisclosed).
We now have a large server inventory, more staff to handle your complaints and requests, well-trained management staff, support ticket service for better customer service, etc. We fervently hope to be able to serve you better this year and beyond.
Keep looking out some real bargains on and off. We will be announcing them here on the blog and also on the newsletter so that you don’t miss out on the action.
